BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Each booking should be confirmed in writing (by post, fax or e-mail).

A deposit representing 30% of the cost of a stay of over 3 nights or of a night for any stay of under 3 nights will be required to guarantee the booking.

In the event of cancellation:

If it is more than 21 days from the presumed arrival, we will reimburse the full deposit.
If it is between 20 and 15 days before the planned date of arrival, we will keep 50% of the deposit.
If it is under 15 days from the planned date of arrival, we will keep the full deposit.
In the event of your not turning up on the presumed date of arrival, we will keep the full deposit.

In the event of an early departure, the full sum of the booking will be due.
